USC student arrested on suspicion of domestic violence

A USC sophomore was arrested on suspicion of intimate partner violence Monday afternoon at Nemirovsky Residential College in the Village, the Los Angeles Police Department said.
Sa Lang Enoch Chang, 19, was released on bond early Tuesday morning, police records show. The LAPD said officers responded to the building at 12:25 p.m. Monday, and an ambulance was called to the scene for an adult female victim.
Chang did not respond to requests for comment. No additional information was immediately available about the incident.
